I bought this coat for my son for Christmas. Zip broke almost immediately. I returned an dreceived a full refund.I assumed it was a one off. Second coat exactly the same. I ended up paying 30 quid for a new zip. I did message the seller but they didn’t respond.Disappointed obviously but my son really wanted to keep the coat.
